This is a remote position.
decodeMR is an organization that strives for excellence, develops novel business solutions for the bio-pharma industry, and spreads awareness against various human ailments through its not-for-profit programmes.
We were earlier part of Oncofocus Solutions, a consulting firm founded in 2014 to specifically cater to the research needs of the Oncology domain. Now, we are independent and cater to the biopharmaceutical and medical device industry in the countries of the Indo-Pacific region (Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand), and key developed markets (the US, Canada, and the UK).

Your key responsibilities will be to -
1. Conduct interviews/surveys (via web/telephone/face-to-face)
2. Ensure that the project you have been assigned to is running smoothly
3. Analyze data and bring out insights
4. Present research findings to the client
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills (command over the English language is a must)

Technical Skills
Basic understanding of MS office suite
Educational Qualifications
Post-graduation in any stream (candidates from the Life Sciences background will be preferred)
